Registration Information
INTRODUCTION
Southwest KC Minor Hockey Association (SWKC) provides programs for players aged 4 to 12 years. SWKC area boundaries are South of the North Saskatchewan River and West of Calgary Trail. All new registrants who live within these boundaries have the choice and are eligible to register with SWKC. If you are not within these boundaries, please contact EMHA at 780.413.3498 or visit their website.
Registration for the 2020-2021 Hockey Season opens June 1, 2020
ONLINE REGISTRATION
On-line registration for new and returning players is NOW CLOSED for the 2019-2020 season.
IN PERSON REGISTRATION
All in-person registration events for the 2019-2020 season are now over.
INFORMATION NEEDED FOR REGISTRATION

Provide a copy of your child's birth certificate and/or passport

Provide proof of residency

Respect In Sport program completed by Parents
REFER-A-FRIEND PROGRAM
What’s better than playing hockey? Playing hockey with friends of course.
- Refer-a-friend to sign up with SWKC for the 2019-2020 Hockey Season and both you and your friend will receive a $25 refund.
- Your friend must let us know who referred them at the time of registration. Offer only applies to new registrants to SWKC.
- Both player and friend must remain registered with SWKC in order to be eligible for refunds.
- Refunds will be processed between October 16-31, 2019.

PLAYER TRANSFER
Would you like to play with SWKC but have played with or registered with another club?
Contact our registrar and we will complete the player transfer process for you.
